Inorganic, bioinorganic and organometallic chemistry with special emphasis at organometallic and inorganic biochemistry utilizing oxidoreductases, dehydrogenases, peroxidases and oxidases in particular.  Bioelectrochemistry. Biosensors.  Inorganic and organometallic synthesis.  Cyclometallation and reactions of cyclometallated compounds.  Chemical and biochemical kinetics and reaction mechanisms.  Various aspects of activation of C-H bonds by metal centers.
